I'm afraid India is not a supported country to create connected accounts in if your Platform is based in US. That said, you may want to explore Global Payouts: https://docs.stripe.com/global-payouts
Its a relatively new feature we support and you can add a recipient for India to receive payments: https://docs.stripe.com/global-payouts/recipient-creation-options#requirements
