did you try more than once? i don't know a lot about the chatbot but i know it should let you through to an agent eventually. can you give it one more go and let me know what happens?

also as a note the discord is public, are you concerned about the PII in the PDF / screenshot being visible? might be worth removing those if so

The AI made a bunch of stuff up, but using your advice I was able to ask for a human agent, who is being helpful!

Many "Thanks, please give me another 3-5 minutes on this one." ... but -- helpful! I am grateful to you!
