My guess is that your Billing payment method configuration has Link enabled.
That "Bank" payment method is Stripe link

ah ic.. so to clarify.. if user picked Bank in this case, does the fund get settled immediately?
Yes, because with Link bank payments Stripe pays out immediately while waiting for the bank to settle.
