our users also tried from other countries.. here's a screenshot from a china based user
similar type of thing where Alipay is not shown when he clicks on CNY (adaptive pricing)

yeah I think this is currently a known limitation - certain payment method types aren't supported with Adaptive Pricing
(which is why you can see Alipay when the USD tab is selected)
