so no we don't support biling portal for now
but our Terraform is quite new, so I expect that more ressources will be supported in the future

I'm sorry, I meant I can't share anything about our future plans. so for now your Stripe implementation should use what's available. if you tell me more about your specific needs, I can help find solutions.

Sure. We are provisioning whole cloud infra using terraform, would be great to have same possibilities to set up completely everything in stripe via terraform as well
So you can set up multiple dev account, reuse modules, avoid forgotten manual configuration, ...

well, you can do all of this for the supported resources. for other resources (like the billing portal), you'll need to use the API for this: https://docs.stripe.com/api/customer_portal/sessions.
