Just to resume I was told that to be able to charge the platform account for Stripe fees (instead of each connected accounts) I must use the fees_collectors parameter. I tried to dd it to my V1 accounts but it seems default parameters are accepted only on V2. So do I need to move my accounts to V2 (which doesn't seem that simple), or is there a way to handle this using V1 accounts ?

Maybe I just need to use this : 'controller' => [
'fees' => ['payer' => 'application'],
'losses' => ['payments' => 'application'],
'stripe_dashboard' => ['type' => 'none'],
],
