hello 👋 happy to help with this - could you share more detail about the issue you're facing?
for example, do you have a screenshot showing that the option is not available, or perhaps an error message?
the issue is that when I do the onboarding for the express connect I directly have type of company question
I have then three choice:
Micro entreprise
Society
Association
But on my app I can have individuals pure (without company) that will register to sell products like for exemple french le bon coin platforme
ok, and are you using the hosted onboarding flow documented here?
https://docs.stripe.com/connect/hosted-onboarding
could you share the account ID (acct_xxx) for an account that experienced this issue so I can take a look internally?
Is this doc is for B2B2C but I want also B2C2C
that doc isn't specific to either B2B2C or B2C2C - it's applicable for both
But did this implémentation but I need to sélect type I have only business company option
Individual business ( in France its still a company
Company
Association
I cant sélect individual only without any company attached to it
can you please share an example account ID (acct_xxx) that you're experiencing this issue with, so I can investigate on my side?
also, are you using Stripe's hosted onboarding flow? if so, can you share a screenshot of the options that you see?
