from what I'm seeing internally, Affirm and Klarna weren't surfaced because they're not enabled in your settings

can you share some more details about your experiment? which payment method types are enabled/disabled for the control vs treatment groups?

ah all good, was able to find this internally

it looks like Klarna and Affirm are not enabled for the experiment's control group

#

so 50% of customers in the experiment will not see those options

yes, I have enabled Klarna and affirm only for treatment variant. But I have tried multiple sessions today but none have shown affirm and Klarna as payment options. Only card is present for all session. traffic allocation is 50 - 50

Even if I have started experiment, no of session is shown as zero in report, is it due to the 3 days delay?

sorry not too sure about the report - our dashboard reports typically aren't real-time, but I'm not sure about this one specifically - checking now

as for your testing, I was able to confirm that this is expected

experiments are built to 'bucket' users into the treatment/control based on details such as IP address and date

so it's expected that the same user will see the same options for every session, if they have multiple sessions in the same day

#

so this is likely why you're consistently not seeing Klarna or Affirm show up

#

and yes, you're right, the experiment report has a 3 day data delay, so this is likely why you're not seeing your data just yet
