Why didn't the Stripe app installation and uninstallation trigger any webhook events?

I want to monitor these two webhook events, but they were not triggered when I installed and uninstalled the Stripe app.

Could you give me your platform account ID (the one where this webhook and the Stripe App was created on)

And then give me the account ID of the account using your Stripe APP

The Account ID looks like acct_xxx. You should be able to find it in the browser URL when viewing the dashboard.
