General speaking, when your PI is in requires_capture, it passed 3DS (either because of frictionless or card didn't support / required 3D), and you should treat it as a successful transaction
Btw the potential property you can look at in a PI object, is https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_intents/object#payment_intent_object-payment_method_options-card-request_three_d_secure
