Account numbers are tokenized by default and can be used for ACH pay-ins and payouts on Stripe. Full account numbers for ACH processing off Stripe are available in certain cases to businesses who meet risk and eligibility criteria.
Which implies this could be a gated feature. Your best bet would be to reach out to support to verify this and request access if it's a gated feature
I also found that our team is currently working on implementing a new feature with pending as a Financial Connections Account Number status, which sounds like it would address your use case once it is shipped
