go to 2 different places and one appears much later than the other i am struggling to find out how i can save the exact fees of a transaction
๐ Hi there! Let me take a look
Do you have an example Payment Intent or Balance Transaction ID where you see this happening?
Hi
does this charge id help? ch_3T72HkRC1zca1hKL0eFxabyq
my account is acct_1T4oHURC1zbBUxRq
Yes, thanks!
Yeah, so I can see that asynchronous billing is enabled here. Trying to figure out why that's the caseโฆ
Awesome thanks for looking into it
also sending how i am creating the paymentIntent just in case it helps
That looks good
Are you able to see the Stripe fees for the Charge that you shared, somewhere?
this is what see when i click on a collected fee row in the table in the second screenshot
i cant seem to click on any of the "stripe fee" rows in the table though so i have no idea which fees are related to which charge
Thanks for sharing. Still looking into this!
Could you try stripe balance_transactions list from the Stripe CLI, or in Workbench at the bottom of the Dashboard to find the ID (txn_โฆ) of one of those Stripe fee entries?
Or share the JSON output?
Yea sure, let me do that now
๐ Hey, I think it would be best to move this to an email ticket, as it seems we'll need to do a little bit of a deeper investigation into this
