Still looking in to this. I do see that you created two around then but am not sure why neither event fired. I see your endpoint got a created event a few days ago but am not seeing any changes that have happened since that would obviously prevent this.
I am not finding anything here and see this feature is in public preview which limits how much I can look in to this. I recommend reaching out to our support team with this info, they will be able to forward it to a team that is more specialized in looking in to this.
