๐Ÿ‘‹ Yes, a customer can pay in USD when using a Brazilian card, but their issuer will likely convert it from USD to BRL, so they will see it charged as BRL on their statement. They would only be required to pay in BRL is the card issuer required it, but any major international brands wouldn't

The payment currency in Stripe is whatever you define in the currency field of your payment intent - this would be the presentment currency (the currency shown to the customer), which is different from the settlement currency, which will generally be determined by the country of your Stripe account
