if you wish to transfer the full-amount of the PI to the connect account you need to have suffient funds in your balance
which means either rely on your balance availabile amounts from other payments or top-ups

I understand that the fees need to be picked up somewhere. That's why I wanted to put credits in my platfrom wallet and to make all the fees collected from this specific account (that I understand I need maintain always positive)

OK, so I need to contact the support (or my account manager) to enable this feature for our plateform. But when it's done is it a global configuration on my account, or do I need to add some parameters in each API call to indicate that the fees need to be picked on this specific account?
