hi there, can you show me where it's asking you to go through an approval process? is this in your dashboard?
I see in your previous thread that your account looks like it's US-based. Paypal through Stripe isn't available to US-based businesses, which may explain the issue. the list of available countries can be found at the top of this doc https://docs.stripe.com/payments/paypal/activate
if I'm incorrect about your account's country, and you've gone through the steps outlined in that doc to enable Paypal and are still running into issues, you'll need to reach out to our main support channel to see where the approval process is running into trouble: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
