If you can simply reproduce on a brand new Customer object and then not touch it again that would really help.

right now it's on a yearly subscription with quantity 10

should i update to monthly with quantity 11 and let you know?

yeah I can repro. My hope was that it was related to the conditions but I see you already passed both and I did too
To me it looks like a real bug honestly. Sadly that means you'll need to write in to support so they can work with the product team and keep you updated.
I'll flag in advance but will likely take a while to get you a definitive answer.
