So I have created a quote that has two products on it. Let's call them product A and product B. Now we need to change the order of these positions on the quote. I mean, I can of course remove all products from the quote and then re-add them in the correct order, but that seems like a crazy overkill. Is there any way to influence the positions of the quote items after they have been added?

Gotcha, thanks. There is no "rank" or order param, so to re-order the items you would need to update the line_items to the order you want for your customer.
