regardless, this isn't an integration issue, it's possibly something to do with your account configuration or status and those types of questions are handled via our support team. i don't have any insight into why these are failing
No progress has been made. This error started occurring about 10 minutes ago. Who should I contact to check? Is it your problem? Or the banks'?
