Basically PromotionCodes weren't firing webhooks when they expired
a few years prior, there was an issue with no webhooks when PromotionCodes hit max_redemptions, but that was fixed as of a year ago
Gotcha okay yeah I doubt I'd be able to look that up so I recommend following up with Support
