I’ve been trying to get the API to work, it’s just not consistent
right, the mechanics of this mainly happens in the background outside of API control. I don't have access to be able to investigate why you're experiencing inconsistent behavior

It seems to be an internal stripe thing, because stripe is able to pull the users previous express accounts give the email
