Probably the events you're getting in the CLI in testmode are in a different API version than your livemode webhook endpoint

I do see that your endpoint has version 2024-10-28.acacia pinned wheras your account default is 2018-11-08 which means your CLI listener will default to that

I see your API calls are being made by a python library that uses 2024-10-28.acacia, so the easiest fix here would probably just be to tell the CLI to use that as well for your listener. Looking up how you do that
