๐ Welcome to your new thread!
โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

Hello! Sorry for the delay, taking a look at this now ๐
It sounds like you're recieving webhooks, then making an API request and not recieving a quick response? Or any response? Can you please share an example request ID so I can see what type of request you're making?
Hi, here's an example req_vGcOpYrw5g9mbF
hi there, taking over as jazz needs to step away, one moment
I'm seeing consistent delivery issues with this specific webhook endpoint: https://dashboard.stripe.com/acct_1FJje6KlbQbuqLL7/webhooks/we_1Q4zkmKlbQbuqLL7HPp1k53m
it looks like we're receiving either timeouts or HTTP 301 Moved Permanently responses from your server.
Hi denton, sorry but i believe you're looking at the wrong endpoint. the one i speak of is this one https://dashboard.stripe.com/acct_1FJje6KlbQbuqLL7/workbench/webhooks/we_1SHokgKlbQbuqLL7Ryxlilt6 the aircounsel.com endpoint
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
gotcha, thanks for the correction, looking at that one now
sadly I'm not seeing any specific info on our side here, except that the webhook event is timing out after attempting to deliver for 10 seconds
the only information we have about delivery attempts is what your server sends back to us, and in this case we're not receiving any info back on the failed delivery attempts
Is there any way to see the request headers. I have load balancing with multiple server's and would like to see which IP Address stripe is sending to?
yes I have the IP address we attempted delivery to. ok if I share it here?
Yes that's fine

Alright. Thanks a lot denton i really appreciate your help
