Upcoming invoices are simply previews of what the invoice will look like and are not persisted, therefore they do not have IDs.

#

If you want to save upcoming invoices to your database, you can do so without a Stripe ID or create your own. It might be worth saving these separately from actual invoices which will have a Stripe ID.
