I'm looking at your account and you have multiple payment configurations, many of which have Alipay turned off. Can you double check your default configuration and make sure Alipay is turned on?
Ok, do you know why it works even tough it is disabled? We have not changed this and in the past it worked.
Looks like actually now it is working again
Could it be related to the customer location?
It's possible - can you send the request ID for one that worked so I can compare?

Yeah, this seems odd because both requests were from the same countries with the same currencies, so it seems unlikely due to location. Will look to see if there have been any similar issues

I can give you two other requests, this time for the same invoice, currency, amount, etc. One of them failed, and the other succeeded.

Just an update, I did see another similar report, so there will be a team investigating. Will still look some more
Okay, looks like this is an issue that has been reported, there was a spike in these errors but it seems to no longer be an issue as you are seeing. Our team will investigate the cause. If you have further issues, you can write into support and they will update you on this investigation
