👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

👋 happy to help

#

unfortunately I don't really know of the top of my head

#

I'm trying to look into possible solutions. I'll ask my teammates and get back to you

#

would you mind sharing your account ID?

Thank you, I’d really appreciate that. For context, look at the attached photo the PIN pad is literally bigger than my hand.

From a payment security perspective, this is beyond ridiculous. It’s impossible to shield the screen, which makes it a total privacy failure for our customers. Looking forward to hearing what your team suggests

I agree with you, and we already are tracking this internally. the reason why I asked for your account ID is to flag it for the team working on this that there are more users impacted which should influence the prioritization of the issue

Sure, my account ID is acct_1Kde7oISl6SY16fW.

I want to underline that this isn't just a minor UI bug, it's a global security risk. This affects every tablet or kiosk-sized device in a public space. Currently, anyone using Tap to Pay on a screen larger than a phone is at risk of being targeted for theft because their PIN is effectively being broadcast to the room.

I appreciate you flagging this for prioritization, as it’s a massive liability for any merchant using your SDK on professional hardware.
