Yes, in QA the GPay sheet comes up and we can complete the transaction.

Can you share the request ID (req_xxx) related to the failed request in prod? https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request

I can but it will take a little time to get that. We have disabled GPay in prod on the app so I will have to deploy some code to production.

An ID from a previous failed attempt is fine too, if you're able to locate it

This error is coming from Google, not Stripe. Have you followed Google's instructions to request production access for your app? https://docs.stripe.com/google-pay?platform=android#going-live

Nope, I thought that since we are using a web view and Stripe that we would not need access for the app. I can look into that.
