I have a GUID, I want to keep track of it while the customer goes to the payment link & pays, to get it on the payment webhook & save to DB alongside the payment

you can add in a client_reference_id as a query parameter on the Payment Link URL e.g. buy.stripe.com/test_123?client_reference_id=GUID and it should be available on Checkout Session : https://docs.stripe.com/api/checkout/sessions/object#checkout_session_object-client_reference_id
