Prefilling that info is the only thing I was aware of unfortunately. Looking into whether there are alternatives.

Gotcha. Testing to see what I see. Can you tell me more about what specifically your end users are being confused by? It sounds like we're collecting business information from them despite you specifying that these accounts are for individuals?

this part of the form is prefill correctly but at the end, in the recap when can see this category

Can you show me a screenshot of that as well? Apologies, after my v2 account tests aparently we are rate limiting my v1 tests so I can't get to that page at the moment.

Gotcha. Unfortunately I'm not finding alternatives to pre-filling the info for either. If our pre-fill behavior is sub-par I think that is a good thing to write in about to our support team though I can't promise what changes they may be able to make to it. https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
In the meantime, pre-filling info and maybe having an FAQ page or something around common confusions among your specific users may help.
