Looking at the payment description in the screenshot, the 1000 euro seems to have been charged for a Subscription Update.. So most likely some type of proration was calculated

Depends on what type of update you made

Are you a developer and were these updates made using the API?

intially the subscription was running for ever, but I wanted only 3 times
hence i've limited to 3 months and adapted the payment from 3k to 1k

reimbursed directly 2k to the client

and then the systeme decided to tak 2* 1k from my client
so strange

I don't dare to touch anything more, fearing to cause more damage
