I don't think we have an event for when those details are provided. We document the Element events you can listen for here but I don't see any that correspond with the specific fields you are looking for.
Okay I just tested this in my own integration and I do see the change event will fire when a user navigates into and out of those fields but the event does not indicate what the user entered or what fields they interact with.

I think I wasn't seeing the change event consistently. Are you seeing it every time they make a change to the values? I can do more testing and logging on my side.
