π Welcome to your new thread!

We used the code from the official website example, and it successfully displayed information using USD and US. However, when we used EUR and DE, it displayed blank information and failed to load the installment information properly. Is there a problem with our public key? Do we need to enable any features?
π Could you send a screenshot of what you see when you used EUR and DE?
As you can see from the image, I only modified the currency and countryCode, and the displayed information is gone
The use of Payment Method Messaging Element is very simple. I think our usage is fine. The only issue is our public key, or do we need to configure something?
It may be that there are no relevant BNPL options for the selected combination. If you check the console when you load the page, it may display information on why it wasn't displayed
Yes, there is a warning message appearing on the console. How can I set the parameters or configuration to display it properly?
This is the expected behaviour - if there are no BNPL options, there is nothing to display
We face the same issue in our production environment, where any amount cannot be displayed using EUR and DE, and of course, CAD and CA are also unusable. In other words, our production environment's public key can only display USD and US installment information, which is abnormal. In other scenarios, BNPL is not available. How can we make this feature work properly? Do we need to enable BNPL in the Stripe dashboard? Or how else can we resolve this? Thank you very much. We urgently need to solve this production issue.
Yes, if you enable BNPL payment methods from the account associated with the public key, this should expose them in this element: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods
Thank you very much. We are ready to give it a try
Great!
We have checked the dashboard as shown in the screenshot. Has it been successfully enabled? If the configuration is as shown in the figure, then we have already enabled it
hey there π yes, from that screenshot Klarna and Affirm appear to be enabled - can you share your account ID?
I have sent you the account ID via private message, please check
I'm afraid I'm unable to view private messages, but if you'd prefer not to share your account ID in this channel then we can open a support ticket and move this conversation to email - that way we'll be able to take a look at your account directly
Let's do it that way.
ok cool, I'll trigger a message from the bot with a link to open a case
