I suppose this is the initial status, I am not sure, I also know there is some dispute that cannot be responded to so do they go to "lost" directly?

i think that's probably the most common initial status, but i think they can also be created in warning_needs_response

I see, if thats so unsure, I guess I should ignore the status and try to cancel the subscription regardless even if I know there will be some useless requests
