That first account id doesn't seem to be valid; I can't load it. acct_1SLCHI4Cmk7eAvcH isn't connected to any platform so I'll look a bit more into that one. acct_1S5gEPKKZ3fsvjDA is connected to acct_18WDA5CMpnBh61hX already
So I don't really see anything unusual with acct_1SLCHI4Cmk7eAvcH. How specifically are you trying to connect it? Curious how exactly it doesn't show them and asks us to create a new account when clicking on the generated stripe standard connect link looks. Do you happen to have a screen recording?
We're trying to connect them via oAuth and generated standard account link. We are signing in with the same login credentials. Verified that multiple times. Here is a screenshare link
I also tried acct_1SLCHI4Cmk7eAvcH via Account Links / Networked Onboarding API to copy the business info but it doesn't show up as an option to copy the business info from the generated link.
I did test the standard API / networked onboarding on my own yesterday with my own stripe key and saw standard accounts show up so I'm confused here
When you load the stripe hosted link the first thing it says is creating account
I think we'd need to look at the code you're using to see what's happening here

I have a question. If a Stripe Standard Account is in restricted status and there's still business information that need to be filled in, will it still allow you to connect?

is there any list of criteria you can share that would prevent it from showing up as able to connect?
Also does it matter if the customer standard account is in Australia and our platform is in the US?

can you explain what makes you think that they aren't currently connected?
it does look like acct_1SLCHI4Cmk7eAvcH was previously connected to your platform but deauthorized the connection on 2026-01-06 05:47:19
acct_1SIhy8RgmedWP9P isn't showing up in my search so i suspect you may have missed a character or made a typo possibly
