👋 Can you clarify what you mean by a single_use setup intent? Do you mean without using setup_future_usage?

To be clear, it's not possible to set up a Payment Method that's restricted to a single Subscription.
You can however control if it is a default Payment Method on the customer or not. IE weather or not it can be used for automatic payments
Some more details about what it is you are trying to acheive or prevent from happening might be useful here.
