👋 Welcome to your new thread!

👋 happy to help

#

give me a moment while I check the subscription and the invoice

#

no need for screenshots

Okay

My main concern, that on that plan change - I'd expect $140 of proration, instead of $111
There's no sensetive information on the screenshot

👋 Hey, taking over here, just taking a look

Sorry for the delay, having trouble reproducing the issue. To clarify, in your subscription update, you are removing the original annual price, and adding in two different annual prices?

urban sleet
#

No, I’m adding only one

“Second item” was added during another (previous) subscription update

#

See prerequisites in my initial message

sharp smelt
#

Ah, so this is being encountered when attempting another update?

urban sleet
#

Yea

#
  1. Subscription creation w/ one off coupon, and w/o trial
  2. Subscription update, adding second price item (with proration, aka immediate charge)
  3. Replacing first item with another one (more expensive). Proration is not what expected
#

That’s 3 individual requests

Great, thanks, I was able to reproduce. This does seem a little odd, so I think we may need to check with the owning team to see what is expected in this scenario. Can I ask you to send us in a support ticket so this can be followed up?

urban sleet
#

Yes, I will

#

How should I link this discussion to the ticket?
