Hey Richi, I'm not aware of any direct line numbers to Support.
Assuming you're talking to the AI agent on https://support.stripe.com/ my understanding is it should be able to route you to our support team, though it will typically ask some questions first to make sure you're routed appropriately.
I appreciate your concerns but we don't really have a way to route you to them directly via this channel.

It is such a big error this, i have users. the esim data does not exactly come free i pay for it too

And I kept it all in stripe balance until i was fully ready to collect....
So much was going on this month for me so many good things. I had product market fit
I am absolutely stressed right now, cause to much money i have spent into the business and kept it all on stripe
