ok so normally, when you create a sandbox, you have the option to choose whether to copy your prod account's configuration

so usually, you don't need to request access for each sandbox when the feature is enabled on your prod account

but in this case, I see that the feature was enabled directly on the sandbox account by our team

I'd recommend reaching back out to the team who enabled the feature for your sandbox account, to ask to add your prod account as well
