We need to verify whether the superuser you're using to add accounts has access to the account in question. Since this is a public channel and we can't securely verify your identity here, our support team will be better equipped to investigate this with you

generally what I suggest if you need to speak to our support is to write something along the lines of "I want to speak to support", or attempt to close the chat window after giving it some details, then select thumbs down when it asks you if it was able to resolve your problem

Can't you guide me with platform account vs. connected accounts?
I'm confused with this setup.
Another support has given me the platform account id, but I can't see it in the list of accounts.
Adding a platform account to the org is possible, but without knowing the user that is being used to add the account to the org, we won't be able to troubleshoot. Sorry for not being able to help more but you must reach out to Stripe Support for this
