I don’t know the exact date with precision, but I believe it started occurring within the last 2 weeks.

ok, after checking internally this appears to be related to an experiment we're running regarding simplifying the display of particular payment methods, including Paypal

I can see how this might be confusing, so I will be reaching out to our internal teams to see if this is intended behavior

Is there any public record or changelog regarding these types of experiments? Our own internal A/B testing and experiments are being affected by this change, so it is crucial for us to be informed about such updates
