Could I get you to reach out to Stripe Support for this -  https://support.stripe.com/contact , they'll be able to help you on this! In your email, please include the ID of the deleted connected account that you wish to restore or retrieve information about.

Yup, I believe they should be able to help you on this, you’ll need to discuss this with them directly on how to retrieve the dollar amount for filling of 1099K forms
