Hi there, this isn't something I know anything about, I'm afraid, I can just help with API integration questions. I presume you're using the form at https://dashboard.stripe.com/reset in order to try to reset the password?

That's no worries, in sorry to pester here I just think it's kinda crazy that I can't contact anyone. Is there not a number I could call? As u can .. kinda see by my blurry picture I filled it all in via the link u sent but no joy sadly

Do you know your account ID? e.g. acct_123123? I can take a quick look to see if I can spot any issues that might be causing a delay with the email, but can't promise anything

hi there, dougal had to step away. if you don't have your account ID handy I think you will need to work with our main support team to resolve your issue, unfortunately we can only address code / API integration questions in this channel

That's no problem, how can I get In contact with them? The website says it wants me to login to contact but of course I'm unable to do that
