that specific request was not made by your Stripe account, but by SuiteSync, which is an app that you connected to your account: https://suitesync.io/

if that's no expected, you should either:

  • deinstall this app
  • or reach out to their support to understand why they are creating duplicate subscription

something like this, but it's something you installed (and not something that is part of Stripe by default).

we don't know anything about SuiteSync here, since it's built by a third party.

so if you have question about why this request was made, then we have no idea, you would need to ask SuiteSync support directly.

i see... but it was good to finally be able to narrow things down at least, this duplicate subscriptions thing has been bugging us for months

I have no idea how the SuiteSync app work. maybe it's something visible on your website that customer can choose, maybe not.
