It looks like this isn't possible by default but if you describe your use-case to our support team they may be able to help you here. https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
I think on that page you have to talk to the bot first and open a support case through the chat to request it.

Server-side API does not have a way to filter this as far as I am aware. If you talk to support and they can enable you for that functionality they should be able to relay how to properly set that in your code as well.
