The user has purchased a subscription. During the recurring payment, if the subscription fails for any reason, we send an email to the user. In that email, we provide a hosted URL link where the user can update their card and make the payment.
But in my case, what is happening is this:
After 4 failed attempts, I manually cancel the subscription.
After the subscription is cancelled, if the user updates their card from the email and makes the payment, the payment still goes through.
I want to stop the payment from happening after the subscription is cancelled. How can this be done?
