Your use of the term Platform makes me a little nervous we're talking about different things. So I just wanted to double check you were asking about Stripe Treasury and not Stripe Connect?

Stripe Financial Accounts for platforms (previously known as Stripe Treasury) is a product that allows platforms to offer banking services to their users.

Stripe Connect allows platforms/marketplaces to handle payments for their merchants.

Financial accounts and global payouts are both public preview.

Private previews are usually invite only where, public previews are self opted in (in some cases you may need to request access from Stripe Support) but overall don't require you to get an invite first.
