That's great thanks. So if i disconnect from stripe's dashboard then they have no access even if they state to have some?

Yes, that's correct, they will not have access once the extension is disconnected

Revoking an Extension’s access
You’ll be able to revoke access to any Extensions connected to your account at any time from the Authorized Applications page.
