No, and I wasn't aware of the other thread, apologies for such a similar post. Looks like the short answer is that this info is only available from within the dashboard?

No worries! I was just genuinely curious as it isn't often we get questions that similar.
Correct, it's a dashboard only feature. I'd suggest using metadata on the Payment Intent (or other object) to track the additional context that you want.
