Ok, I can only see one registered domain for the connected account, which is forms.donorsnap.com
They would need to register the other domain too

When I look at pmd_1SctoMJjVyCheF5nUbokKDVE, that domain registration belongs to a different account. Do they have multiple accounts maybe?

There is account acct_1Sb6nKImux8HRgXk that you shared, which only has forms.donorsnap.com as registered domain.
then there is another account, owned by the same person with the same company name, who has all the domains registered you are referring to in your screenshot. It seems like, they are mixing up their accounts??
