My collegue said that the AI said the error message would be "card_present_refund_requires_terminal" but when I asked it the same thing, it told me "refund_requires_payment_method_present"

We have an error code document here: https://docs.stripe.com/error-codes which lists the possible errors that the stripe sdks can return. You can look through it to see if any of them fits the error you are referring to
